Q: What is the Boomerang Card?

The Boomerang Card is a discount card available exclusively to Walkabout customers. Boomerang Cards can be purchased within any Walkabout venue and discounts are readily available for Walkabout card holders.
Q: How long do I have to register my Boomerang Card?
A:
You will need to register your Boomerang Card on the Walkabout Community within 14 days of purchase or it will stop working and you will not be able to collect Boomerang Points and redeem rewards.
Q: My Boomerang card has been lost or stolen what do I do? A: If your Boomerang Card is lost of stolen you will have to purchase a new Boomerang Card at your nearest Walkabout venue. You will still retain your Boomerang Points accrued on the lost card. You must add must add the new card number to your account so Boomerang Points are allocated to your account for you to use. To do that Log-in to your Walkabout Community profile and select the My Boomerang Card icon on the left of your screen. Click Add New Boomerang Card and input the new number.
Q: My Boomerang card has been damaged what do I do? A: If your Boomerang Card has been damaged you will have to present it to a member of staff so they can test it for you. If the card will not work you will be given a replacement card free of charge. You will still retain your Boomerang Points accrued on the damaged card. You must add must add the new card number to your account so Boomerang Points are allocated to your account for you to use. To do that Log-in to your Walkabout Community profile and select the My Boomerang Card icon on the left of your screen. Click Add New Boomerang Card and input the new number.
Q: My contact details have changed can I update them online?
A:
Yes, just log in to your Walkabout Community profile and select the My Profile icon to the left of your screen. In the General tab you can change your email address and your interests. In the Contact tab you can change your address and phone numbers.
Q: Can I change my password?
A:
Yes, just log in to your Walkabout Community profile and select the My Profile icon to the left of your screen. In the General tab you can click the Change Password link to select a new password.
Q: Can I change my privacy settings?
A:
Yes, just log in to your Walkabout Community profile and select the My Profile icon to the left of your screen. In the Privacy tab you can select what level of privacy you want for all of your information.
Please make sure you carefully review these privacy settings so you only disclose the information you wish, and to whom you wish. All personal contact details remain visible only to you.
