1. CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
iNTERTAIN Ltd are the owners of Walkabout. Walkabout�s Boomerang Card Reward Scheme (the programme) is only available to individual members who have registered online and who provide a valid individual email address and Boomerang Card number. A password, which should be kept secret, should be chosen by the member to enable them to access their member accounts online. Persons under eighteen (18) years are not entitled to participate in the Boomerang Card Scheme. Members are required to update any changes to their details immediately online at www.walkabout.eu.com.
2. EMAIL COMMUNICATION
All members must provide a valid individual email address. This email address will be used to communicate important information about a member's account.
3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMER BOOMERANG CARD USAGE
- One Boomerang Card valid per applicant.
- If your Boomerang Card is lost or stolen, you will need to buy another card at your local Walkabout. You must add must add the new card number to your account to continue to receive offers and vouchers. If your Boomerang Card is damaged, you need to present the card to a member of staff at your local Walkabout for testing and if the card does not work you will be issued with a new card free of charge. - Boomerang Card cannot be used for parties of 50 people or more.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Only open to people aged over 18 (photographic ID may be required).
- There is no cash alternative.
- Promotion organized by Intertain Ltd, trading as Walkabout, Rowley House 2nd Floor, South Herts Office Campus, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts. WD6 1JH.
- The card must be presented at the time of placing your order.
- The promoter has the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary.
- You must have a 2010 - 2011 registered Boomerang Card to receive additional discounts and promotions.
- Intertain Ltd promotes responsible drinking.
- Please drink in moderation.
- Promotion ends 31st August 2011.
4.0 BOOMERANG CARD
4.2 Members must present their Boomerang Card at the time of purchase of the relevant items/services. In the event that (a) the Boomerang system is not working in the relevant outlet at the time of purchase; or (b) a member forgets to present their card at the time of purchase; or (c) a member has forgotten their Boomerang Card at the relevant time of purchase.
4.3 Acceptance of Boomerang Card s may vary between bars.
- Boomerang Card 20% off discount applies to food and drink at all venues except Burnley where discount applies to drinks only.
- Boomerang Card 20% off discount applies to selected drinks only in Finchley Road, Shepherd's Bush, Temple, Clapham Junction and Covent Garden.
- Boomerang Card is not valid in Brighton, Bromley, or Wimbledon.
- Boomerang Card not valid on match days in Cardiff.
- 30% off all food and drink with a valid Boomerang Card.
- This offer excludes all promotional prices including Boomerang Card prices and applies to full tariff prices only.
- Minimum pricing will apply due to licensing regulations; therefore some products will remain at full price.
- Terms and Conditions and Walkabout's decision shall be final.
- Walkabout reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time

5. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Members may close their Boomerang account at any time by writing to Boomerang Card Reward Scheme, Rowley House, South Herts Office Campus, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1JH. See also anything which may arise from clause 2 above regarding account closure.
Without prejudice to Clause 2 above, Walkabout reserves the right to close a members Boomerang account automatically if as result of our investigations we believe the account is not being operated in accordance with the Terms and conditions of the programme. If Walkabout has a valid email address for the member, Walkabout will notify the member by email in advance of doing so. Members whose accounts have been closed, a request them to be reinstated by emailing walkabout.support@walkabout.eu.com.
6. MISUSE
Where Walkabout believes that there has been a breach of the Boomerang Card Reward Scheme Terms and conditions or the Terms and conditions of any reward, or for any other legitimate reason, Walkabout may refuse to process a claim, refuse to award Boomerang Points, withdraw Boomerang Points already awarded or close the members account (in accordance with Clause 8 (c) above). Walkabout also reserves the right to suspend a members account while Walkabout carries on an investigation into potential misuse or fraud.
7. DURATION
The Boomerang Card Reward Scheme will continue until 31 August 2011 except where the member's Boomerang Card account is terminated earlier pursuant to Clause 2 and/or 8 above. Unredeemed Boomerang Points will not be redeemable following termination of the programme.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Walkabout reserve the right to modify these Terms and conditions at any time at its discretion (acting reasonably). Walkabout advises that you go to www.walkabout.eu.com regularly to check for updates.
9. PROMOTER
The Promoter of the Boomerang Card Reward Scheme is Walkabout, registered office is Rowley House, South Herts Office Campus, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1JH.
10. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
16. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

iNTERTAIN Ltd are the owners of Walkabout. The Walkabout Web Site is a social networking tool published by Walkabout and developed by Martech Global Solutions Ltd. By joining our site you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. We may decide to change them at any time and if we do so those changes will be written into these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of users to be aware of these terms and conditions in case there are any changes. Writing the changes in here is our obligation, keeping an eye on them is yours. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of the changes.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site. This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Walkabout or Martech Global Solutions Ltd, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "as is" and on an "is available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Use of and Membership in the Walkabout Service is void where prohibited. By using the Walkabout Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Walkabout Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe you to be in breach of any of the above terms.
In no event will Walkabout or Martech Global Solutions Ltd be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site. Walkabout and Martech Global Solutions Ltd do not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials. The names, images and logos identifying Walkabout and Martech Global Solutions Ltd or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks of the parties. - REGISTERED USERS
A fully registered membership of the Walkabout Service requires the user to have filled out the following information: Screen Name, First Name, Last Name, Sex, Email Address, Address, Country of Origin, Birthday, Walkabout Home Venue, Whether they are a student, Interests and to Upload a profile photo.
- COMPETITIONS
On entering a competition (the person, persons or organisation entering the competition) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Walkabout shall only accept submissions (defined below) on that basis.
Walkabout reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal value. There is no cash alternative.
Entries should only be made via the Internet. Entries must be received by 5pm GMT on the closing day of the competition as stated on the competition entry form. No responsibility can be accepted for non-receipt of submitted entries.
Employees of iNTERTAIN Ltd or Martech Global Solutions Ltd, their families and agents are not eligible to take part in competitions.
Responses via the website are deemed to be signed by virtue of having been submitted.
Walkabout reserves the right to terminate the competition before a judgement is made and it will endeavour to notify entrants of the termination and where possible provide an explanation of such a termination.
Walkabout reserves the right to change the submission deadline and timetable for whatever reason. Walkabout will endeavour to inform all entrants of these changes.
Walkabout shall at its sole discretion select the winner from the prize draw.
By entering a competition you accept that you will be subscribed to the Walkabout e-newsletter.
All entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
Information gathered in the running of competitions or promotions is not shared with any 3rd party except where the competition or promotion is run in conjunction with a 3rd party and sharing information is necessary to support the promotion.
- E-NEWSLETTER
Subscription to our e-newsletter is free of charge. We do not guarantee that any e-newsletter sent by us is free from viruses or bugs. We do not guarantee that subscription to our e-newsletter will mean that you receive our e-newsletter. Occasionally we will send out a �solus� e-newsletter on behalf of our advertisers and/or third parties if we feel they have information of interest to you. You may remove yourself from receiving these solus emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link that will be on the bottom of the e-newsletter, alternatively send an email towalkabout.support@walkabout.eu.com, with the word Unsubscribe in the subject line. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-newsletter.
- ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS
"Advertise" means the party booking the space and is responsible for payment.
"Publisher" means �Walkabout�.
Advertisements must conform to the British Code of Advertising Practice and must accurately reflect the product and or service being advertised.
Advertisements are subject to the publisher's approval and must always be recognizable as such and not resemble editorial matter.
All claims made in advertisements must be capable of being supported by appropriate evidence and must be made available to the publisher upon request.
No guarantee is given that advertisements will be placed in any specified position on any specified page, unless the appropriate surcharge has been contracted and written agreement has been entered into.
The publication of an advertisement by the publisher does not constitute endorsement of the advertiser, its products or services.
A signed advertising order confirms you are entering into a contract with Walkabout.
Cancellations must be in writing, and can only be accepted up to 28 days prior to publication. All cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee becomes payable immediately on receipt of the cancellation instruction.
The publisher reserves the right to increase advertisement rates at any time or to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
The publisher will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by amendment, error, late publication or non-publication from any cause whatsoever.
The publisher will not accept liability for any error on the part of third parties or inaccurate copy instructions.
It is the advertiser�s responsibility to supply suitable material to Walkabout within the deadlines stated on the advertisement confirmation order. If material is not forthcoming, Walkabout reserves the right to repeat old material, or to charge the client for the advertisement without it appearing. Advertising material must be supplied in digital format, as stipulated by Walkabout.
The advertiser agrees to pay standard production rates for any additional work required to make digital material press-ready, including converting open files, or resizing advertisements. Any alterations to material will be charged for.
Invoices for any advertisements must be settled within 14 days of invoice date. An additional 10% surcharge on the invoice total will be incurred for every 30 day period thereafter if payment is not received.
Advertisers requiring more than a 14 day payment term must get written confirmation from the publisher prior to reserving the space.
Should an advertising agency be contracted to manage direct bookings, the value of the initial booking may not be diminished.
New advertisers will be required to pay for their advertising prior to publication.
